The 17th-century workshop between Rome and Bologna

Echoing the exhibition Dans l'atelier de Guido Reni (Guido Reni's Studio), the curator of the exhibition is offering five art history courses to explore the broader question of painting in the early 17th century between Rome and Bologna. Particular attention will be paid to the workings of the studio, between repeated production of the same composition and the challenges of collaboration between a studio head, collaborators, students and assistants.
