The catalog raisonné of 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘤̧𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘵 𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘥𝘶 𝘟𝘝𝘦 𝘢𝘶 𝘟𝘝𝘐𝘐𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘦̀𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘴 (23 authors, 512 pages), co-published with Éditions Snoek, released in 2023 and edited by Corentin Dury, curator of ancient collections at the Musée des Beaux-Arts, received the France-Italy Association Award yesterday at Sotheby's (Paris). Compiling a catalogue raisonné is an adventure that spans several years and involves teams and researchers working on the paintings and their provenance. A wonderful recognition for everyone who contributed to this work!
Available in the Museum of Fine Arts shop (and in bookstores), this book, which covers 200 years of additions to the Orleans collections, is currentlyavailable in the MBA shop for €25 instead of €45 until January 4!
