Call for applications for a pop-up café at MBA 2026
For summer 2026, the Museum of Fine Arts wishes to enhance its offering by setting up a pop-up café under the arcades, on the forecourt (Place Sainte-Croix) and possibly inside the lobby. This project aims to offer visitors a relaxing and refreshing experience in a pleasant, shaded setting. To this end, we are launching a call for expressions of interest for the installation and operation of this café during the summer of 2026.
Opening period
The pop-up café will be open from May 2, 2026, to September 27, 2026, during the following hours:
- Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 6pm (8pm on Thursday)
- Sunday: 1pm - 6pm
Expected offer
The selected service provider must offer :
- Hot beverages: coffee, tea (including at least the six teas in the Musée des Beaux-Arts collection)
- Fresh drinks: juices, waters
- Light cold meals (local or short-chain products are highly appreciated)
Applications must be submitted by email before February 28, 2026.
