A checkroom and lockers are available for backpacks and bulky items (mandatory). Folding seats and two wheelchairs are available on request from reception.

The 19th-century collections, located on the entresols, are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The Hôtel Cabu - Musée d'Histoire et d'Archéologie does not have an elevator. Only the rooms on the ground floor (temporary exhibitions) are accessible to wheelchair users.

Accessibility

The Centre Jeanne d'Arc does not have an elevator, but the multimedia room on the ground floor is accessible via a removable ramp. The Research and Documentation Centre is accessible free of charge by appointment, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, and Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm.
