Call for entries for an ephemeral café at the Musée des Beaux-Arts
For the summer of 2025, the Musée des Beaux-Arts aims to complete its offer by installing an ephemeral café under the arcades, on the forecourt (Place Sainte-Croix) and eventually inside the hall. The aim of this project is to offer visitors a relaxing and refreshing experience, in a pleasant, shady setting. To this end, we are launching a call for expressions of interest for the installation and operation of this café during the summer of 2025.
Opening period
The ephemeral café will be open from the end of June to the end of September 2025, at the following times:
- Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 6pm (8pm on Thursday)
- Sunday: 1pm - 6pm
Expected offer
The selected service provider must offer :
- Hot beverages: coffee, tea (including at least the six teas in the Musée des Beaux-Arts collection)
- Fresh drinks: juices, waters
- Alcoholic beverages (license III required): beer, wine
- Option: small-scale cold catering (not required)
- Option: local or short-circuit products greatly appreciated
